We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 14 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 1 or more items that are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 14 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

This dress tends to run a little bit large. We initially ordered this dress based on the size chart on the listing, but it was too large for my daughter, so we had to buy a size down. The dress is beautiful and made with good quality materials and fabric. It is also very well made and sturdy. It does run long in the shoulders / neck. We had to hem it up several inches on my daughter to get the correct fit, even though she is quite large in the chest area. We originally tried hemming tape and folding it under at the top of the strap seams, but the material was too thick for it to hold. I ended up stitching it and that held. She wore it to prom and felt confident and beautiful! However, without hemming up the shoulders, it did not fit great along her belly or back and had a lot of unflattering bunching in the front and back. Once the shoulders were hemmed, it fit perfectly. So, when ordering, keep in mind how tall you are through the torso and be mindful this dress may need to be brought

Brides, I'm from Brazil. The dress came impeccable, without any defects, dirt, nothing. Came perfect in my measurements. Just measure it right, the seller was quick to respond and the delivery was on time. The material is very good, better than many physical stores here, which charge horrors from brides, it is a real exploitation. Worth a lot. Buy quietly.
